FEES
Our fees are not refundable. While Consular staff will give you as much advice as they can, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are obtaining the correct service. If you are unsure, you may wish to take legal advice before booking the service.
Fees are payable in RMB. We accept cash, credit or UnionPay debit cards only. You should ensure you receive a receipt.
Please note that fees are subject to change without notice. A list of current fees can be found on our website.
DATA PROTECTION
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office holds and uses data for purposes notified to the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998 (which may be viewed on the Information Commissioner's Office website).
